The hotel is in pre-opening, everything new still with plastic wraps🤗. Not all services were available at this time but since it was only one night, we really enjoyed the place.

What a beautiful hotel! Everything is new and sparkling clean :-) The breakfast was great, but the best part was the staff. Warm, helpful, and attentive during the whole stay. If you’re going to Aqaba, you owe it to yourself to stay at the Ailana!!!

Room neat and clean better every thing

It's in a great location. It's in a walkable distance to restaurants and the beach as well as shopping stores! The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were so kind and helpful. Definitely booking again!

my stay at this hotel in aqaba exceeded my expecttions in every way. The place is exceptionally clean, elegant, and truly gives you the feeling of a five-star experience. The reception staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment you arrive. the location is perfect: very close to all esssential services and the beach, yet the atmosphere remains quiet and relaxing, offering a true sense of comfort and escape. Honestly, my experience was outstanding and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting aqaba.

Amazing hotel, everything felt new and clean and the staff were helpful and provided great service. We used the well equipped gym and the sauna during our trip and were pleasantly surprised. Great breakfast buffet.

Everything is perfect for my family

Best value for money in Aqaba, by a long shot. We booked the Deluxe Suite with Sea View, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The balcony is enormous, overlooking the beach, palm trees, and Aqaba Bay. The wall-to-wall sliding doors let all the sunshine in the world in and allow you to watch from your bed as the sun sets behind the palm trees, the sea, and the mountains. In fact, the hotel should rather be called Best View :) The furniture, bathroom, the bed, etc. are all very nice, and the AC keeps the room cool even in the summer heat. Staff is super friendly, even accommodated our late checkout request, and can help with basically anything you might need. The location could not be better, either. The main beach is right behind the hotel. There's a restaurant in the hotel building, shops and cofee vendor in the next building, and you just cross the street in front of the hotel and you're at the souq (market). The Aqaba Fort and the Ancient Islamic City of Ayla are both 7 minutes walk from the hotel and are well worth a visit. We hope to be back, and would not even consider a different hotel, thanks for everything!

The location is very good! Super close to the bus station, but also walking distance to most attraction and loads of restaurants (I recommend Mansaf Nashmi, 5 min away, to eat Mansaf). The staff is helpful (ask for food recommendations!) and can arrange trips to the beach for you (that was a bit pricey). Room are spacious, clean and comfortable. I recommend the place.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was so cozy that I had the best sleep in a long time. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. I also loved the breakfast . Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!
