The hotel from top to bottom was awesome. i didnt get to use the facilities because i was not feeling very well but they looked great from the sauna to the jacuzzi i just wanted to dive in. The staff here were very very pleasant and nice especially Alya at reception and my favourite who was working the breakfasts,lunches and dinners a super sweet young guy called Zhantilek.These 2 members of staff in particular were really helpful,friendly and spoke really good English. The apartment i booked was clean spacious and had everything i wanted, and you should see the balconies there like an extra room there that massive and the seaview from them is just divine and the immaculately pressed and folded white bathrobe was a definate indicator that you were in an upmarket place-wow! the breakfast had a great diversity of hot and continental options which was served in a really chilled laid back area with relaxing music. i picked that hotel because of the area,away from everything and nice and quiet and thats exactly what i got. i was really happy with this place but annoyed i couldnt enjoy the place and its staff to the fullest becuase i wasnt 100% so i may even have to come back and do it all again properely this time! thank you to everyone for being so friendly, helpful and nice and for making my stay in kazahkstan a really good one.
