From the start collecting keys and till check out, it was a smooth journey. Very easy to pickup the keys at the mailbox. The house is very clean and very aesthetically pleasing. The house is very direct view towards the sea. So so very calming when woke up in the morning.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The owner was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. She provided detailed video instructions from arrival to parking and accessing the unit, which made everything hassle-free. Her responsiveness was outstanding—even after we checked in, she was always available to answer our questions. We requested an extra car check-in, and our request was attended to promptly without any issues. Kudos to the owner for such excellent hospitality! The apartment seems like just finished renovation when I check in on Sept 24.. Everything is new.. The place is clean.. Basic things are provided.. Bathroom and water heater, everything is good.. Aircond in all bedrooms and also in living room. Got a conformable sofa bed to watch TV comfortably.. Apartment facility at level 6.. The swimming pool is clean & and the playground is nice.. the night view is also great where you can see the Encore Melaka.. Just don't forget to follow the swimming regulations as the guard is quite strict.. The check-in and check-out instructions are also provided clearly.. The staff responded fast and politely.. Answering all your inquiries..
