Very nice being at the beach Helpful staff, they helped organize some snorkeling tour and also our transportation to airport. It was nice to sit and chat in the bar area. In our room we really liked the little balcony.

This place was great. It was nice that they arranged a tricycle for us anytime we asked. You can not swim at the beach though. The pool is fantastic though. Only 1 restaurant was open when we were there, so I was happy to take a ride into town a few nights and that it was so easy.

I am not choosy with the places I stay but my mom is. But this time, she was really happy and had a wonderful time with this place. Since we have already been in this hotel a few times, I don't want to write a review. Instead, I would like to describe what has changed since our last visit. - The internet has improved significantly. We even had our own router in the room and the speed and reliability are good. - The pool has been renovated and now looks like new. The water is clean. - The keycard system has obviously been improved. It works much better now. When the card denied access we just had to wipe it with a towel. - Unfortunately, the restaurant is still a bit of a challenge. The staff are super friendly, but the food takes a long time to prepare. You should plan time if you want to eat there. Or order from outside, which is of course also possible. It's not a huge problem, so I didn't list it as negative. I assume it’s just good to know. All in all, it is still a fantastic place with an indescribable view, especially from the sea view rooms. The rooms are very well furnished and the direct access to the beach is unique. The hospitality is also exceptional. On my birthday I was even surprised with a lovely decoration. Since we live in Palawan, we will definitely book this hotel again.

A true gem - absolutely fantastic if you look for a few days in a quiet, beautiful surrounding, located just 30-40 minutes drive from Puerto Princesa airport. The staff is simply wonderful, the dogs are cute and friendly, the food is very nice, the bungalows are comfy and well thought through. There are USB outlets in the bungalows which are strong enough to charge a powerbank in a few hours, otherwise you have outlets by the bar that you can use - no problem at all. The WiFi was actually surprisingly good and fast, and reached all the way to the farthest bungalows. It's a serene place, you stay right by the beach, you have a number of nice places to sit on the territory, or obviously you have the whole beach at your disposal. There's a beach bar which we never found too noisy, couple of more food places, surfboard rental. The beach does have quite some waves, so it's possibly better for surfing than for swimming - though jumping in the waves and floating over them is also good fun. Some reviewers mentioned ants and such - well, you're right next to the forest, so of course there would be some life around you. We never felt that to be a problem at all - our ants were mostly hanging out in the outdoor bathroom and in front of the door. Which is fine, we can share. As long as you don't leave leftover food in the room, you shouldn't notice these little friends much.
