Stay was luxurious and allowed us to prepare meals rather than eat in restaurants. The building and unit have good security. Short walk to nice beach “Balneario El Escambrón.” (Walk to right as you exit the building, then turn left on C. San Agustín.) Excellent beer and wine at Ambrosia Fine Wines https://ambrosiafinefoods.net/ a block to the right as you head out the main entrance, at intersection of C. Martín Fernández. (It recently opened so it’s not on Google Maps.) It was an easy cheap Uber to the cruise port.

The apartment (Suite 1) was newly renovated, bright and clean. 5 minutes to the Condado beach. All appliances were new in a fully equipped kitchen. Super comfortable bed. Huge patio to enjoy morning coffee. The host was super responsive with all our queries. Because of the location of the suite, it was also sheltered from the noises coming from Ashford Ave (Spring Break time).
