I loved the simplicity of the cottages, the amazingly kept grounds, the big trees, the entrance, the tasty food, the amazingly attentive staff and owners, the proximity to Phuket and the airport without having the feel of the big resorts AT ALL. I liked the ferry ride and the boats. I just loved this place so much.

Cousin resort was a wonderful, low key holiday. It was basic, clean, quiet and had an attentive family taking care of the property/our needs. Access to both a pool and a beach with plenty of beach chairs was perfect with kids. We also enjoyed the island for Songkran.

I found Pranee Bungalows to be exactly what I was looking for - a quiet, clean, friendly, and peaceful retreat. My 3-day stay was wonderful and relaxing. The pier is within walking distance, about 15 minutes away. The beach is clean, the water is warm and the staff is friendly. The food is great, with Yui preparing fresh Red Snapper for me each night. Saw was very helpful and friendly, always smiling. For a quiet getaway, I highly recommend Pranee Bungalows - you won't be disappointed! Notes: Ferry from Baan Nam Khem pier is 20 baht per person and per motorcycle. Taxi from pier to Pranee 150 baht with luggage, or walk if traveling light. Bring coffee to fix in the room. A kettle is provided. Beware if rinsing white clothes in sink. There is a high iron content in the water, so whites turn orange. If you like dogs, bring some dog food for the 2 sweet white 🐕 🤎🤎

The property was very clean and nice. I liked all of the selections for food and drinks on the all inclusive menus. We enjoyed the 3 pools and the pool bar. The staff were really nice and professional. The staff members that stood out were: The hostess Lelyla, Chef James, and the bartender Wann. They helped make my new fiancé and my trip the best most memorable. They played huge parts in helping me celebrating my fiancé’s birthday and with my proposal.

At night the area is very dark (there's a garden light from a next-door neighbor and a light from a hotel over 400 meters away), and it is very easy to see all the stars in the sky. The sound at night is the sound of the waves crashing and leaves rusting. The beach is on the west coast so the best view is the sunsetting into the sea in the evening. The property provides chairs and beds that you can carry to the beach to relax. The beach is a bit steep but can walk a little bit to find a good spot. In the evening, there'll be a lot of hermit crabs in the area.
