Beach Hotels in Mae Haad

Very nice and cozy hotel! Clean and big rooms, swimming pools areas are very good, delicious breakfasts, friendly and polite staff. Felt peaceful being in this hotel! Thanks for the good service! Would definitely stay here again.

This was by far the nicest place we stayed in Koh Phangan! The room was spacious and clean, towels were replaced daily, there was a shower (with 2 different heads) separated from the toilet by a wall (which has been hard to come by while budget traveling in Thailand). We had a deluxe double room (which is actually a nice, comfy king size bed) with a lovely patio that led out just steps from the beach. The beach is also very nice and quiet and although there’s no signage you do have to pay for the resort beach chairs/umbrellas (though only 250 baht for the day). Highly recommend this place!

This a quiet resort on the north of the island, a bit remote, but everything is easily reachable if you have a motorbike. Some of the rooms have been renovated and are super nice. There are also rooms that are a bit tired. However, in an old room we had a mosquito net, which was really helpful. There's a nice pool, and amazing views from the hotel. Walking distance there's a sunset bar with drinks and food, if you don't feel like driving. There's also a nice co-working and a caffe on the hotel territory. Breakfast was good. I also enjoyed a free shuttle to the nearest beaches. And the best part is the care and attention from the reception managers. Never experienced anything like that. They would help resolve any problem, help with planning activities, are always attentive and do their best to make your stay at the resort as nice as possible. They are not only doing their job professionally, but sincerely care about the guests. I want to thank Raymond for all he did for me, he is a person with a very kind heart. Being highly professional in his job, he was doing much more to make his guests feel happy, be in a good mood, feel support and love.

We loved the bungalow and location. We had a simple family bungalow and it suited our needs. The beach is gorgeous and we snorkeled down the bay and swam a lot, and walked to the nearby waterfall. Excellent and huge breakfast!! There are multiple other restaurants nearby too. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

Clean, close to the beach, to a small convenient store, to a nice massage shop and to a delicious restaurant. The room was spacious, the air conditioner was recent and the bed very comfortable.

Amazing sea view, perfect location, very well decorated and super clean. The restaurant downstairs is very good and the ladies who runs the place are so kind. Best value for money in the island.

The property is on a quite hill with wonderful views. A car or scooter is a must - but if you have it within 3-5 Minutes you reach restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and more. The houses are new (hey opened March 2026) and well equipped. You have kitchen utensils to cook, a comfy bed - just everything you would need. Our hist was also very nice and helpful! We definitely would come again.

The location was perfect, the hostess was always available by message, helped me with any question or interest, and was especially charming. I live in Samui with my family, and my mother visited us. I was looking for a place that would meet the following desires: 1. Location - Right on the beach. >> The location was excellent, half a minute walk from the beach 2. Price - Low >> The price was accessible and very low compared to all the other places I checked that had two large beds. Since the place has just been renovated and opened, there was a discount through Booking. 3. Number of people - 2 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 10) >> The structure is absolutely suitable 4. Two large beds (So we can all sleep together - My mother, me and my two children) >> Large and comfortable beds, including sheets, blankets, pillows and towels (There where no beach towels) 5. A spacious space - To pass the time when it's too hot to go outside >> **** Regarding this section, the structure met my expectations above and beyond! It was a private two-floor house, with separate entrances. The first floor has a small living room, TV, dining table with two chairs, bar table counter with two bar stools & a very comfortable kitchen with a sink for washing dishes, a medium-sized refrigerator (and not as small as is usually found in such rooms), a new electric stove, a kettle, toaster, new kitchen utensils such as plates, bowls, cutlery, cutting knives and more. 6. Travel time by taxi from the pier - Up to half an hour >> Travel time was 25 minutes 7. Atmosphere - A magical beach strip >> A stunning long beach strip, super quiet with a wonderful view, very few people, almost no tourists or parties & a large shared pool of the complex, right on the beach 8. Close to 7-eleven >> 7 min walk IN CONCLUSION - H I G H L Y R E C O M M E N D E D !!

Newly build spacious house, fully equipped, quiet area

Good quality, great location, friendly staff, and excellent service. The quality is really good. It’s just amazing to sit by the pool and watch the sky while listening to the sounds of nature in the background.

I loved staying here. The villa is really private and peaceful, with a lovely garden all around, and the pool was honestly one of our favorite parts. It was so nice to come back after spending the day at the beach and just relax there. The area is quiet but still close to everything we needed, especially one of the nicest beaches on Koh Phangan. The whole place felt very well looked after and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would happily stay here again. It was one of those places where you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive.

Haad Salad is a quiet beach, and the villa has an amazing view. It’s up a hill, so be prepared to get your fitness on — but the view is absolutely worth it. We were accommodated at every instance, and the place itself is very comfortable. It's a great place to unwind and relax, whether you're cooling off in the plunge pool or relaxing in the cabana. The plunge pool is an absolute gem, but the real highlight is the breathtaking view, which makes this a special place to switch off and recharge.

We absolutely loved our stay. Communication with Eitan was super fluid, he has been helpful throughout our stay and just overall one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever met. The villa itself is any family’s dream: beautiful, cozy, spacious and well-kept by adorable house helper Lala who’s been an absolute angel to have by our side. She made sure our stay was fully about relaxing, by taking care of the cleaning and even cooking for us. We grew fond of her and miss her lots. All rooms have an extraordinary view. The pool is remarkable, you feel as though you’re one-on-one with the nature. The villa includes all the amenities, literally everything you could possibly need. We loved spending our evenings on the large terrace, we had enough space to even host a few dinners with friends. For calmer evenings we sank into the sofa to watch Netflix or read books from the host’s collection (a special thank you from my daughter for a selection of books in various languages). Of course, hanging around the pool on hot days, or chilling under the AC in large beds had been a must. Despite the party vibe of the island, the villa is surrounded by nature so it’s absolutely calm, while also having everything in close proximity - we went for breakfast and dinner every day in numerous cafes only a few minutes away. Even our pup found a friend - going for walks with Tobik made them both so happy. We are so so grateful for having discovered this place. It’s definitely not our last visit. Thank you for everything! My stay at Escape Villa was a memorable and deeply relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and made every effort to ensure our comfort. The villa itself is beautifully designed — modern, elegant, and filled with natural light. We especially loved: The private infinity pool and outdoor area — perfect for unwinding and enjoying panoramic views of the sea. The spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals and hang out together. The two comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, which gave each guest a sense of privacy. The cleanliness and upkeep were good, and the pool area was maintained regularly.

This is my 3rd time staying at Salad Beach. Each time I stay in different hotel and this stay was better than previous. It was really nice stay in this hotel The staff was super friendly, polite and kind. The girl on the reception was wonderful, she organise me everything professionally and with extreme kindness. She helped me a lot there. The drivers are also very friendly and chill. Room was spacious and clean. The pool was clean and nice. The beach itself is wonderful. I Like this beach since it is far away from any crowds and noise, surrounded by palms. The sand is just like I want for the beach. In the morning the sea is very calm and clean and perfect for swimming.
