Everything! Staff, big and comfortable room, clean, with everything I needed and more!! Pool and beach right there, washer and dryer, hair dryer, everything you need in a kitchen! I really enjoyed my stay and fully recommend it. Walking distance to supermarkets, shops, post office and more! Iron and iron board, beach towels, beach chairs, toaster, peeler, dish washer, stove, oven... everything!! Really great stay! I walked by the beach for about 30 minutes and got to Atlantic Avenue where the information center is at!

The house is well appointed for any length of stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen, large washer and dryer, comfortable living area with a huge TV. There is plenty of outdoor space.The neighborhood is walkable, close to Atlantic Ave restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. Off street parking is a plus. As seniors, we liked the one floor layout with only a few steps in and out. This is our second stay and will return next year.

Travelled with spouse and teen. Room was plenty big for us. Rooftop pool and bar are nice. Walking distance to main area of Delray Beach. Easy parking. We were in the area visiting friends and this was pretty central for us.

I have worked in hospitality for 25 years-if I did not know it, I would have thought we were the first to stay in this room ever! It was pristine-very clean and comfy. Room and hotel had clearly been remodeled and updated recently and it showed. Breakfast was great-nice selection clean and well stocked. If we are ever in the area, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Delray Beach Hyatt Place Hotel is located just one mile from the beach. This hotel features dining options on site as well as a rooftop outdoor pool and hot tub.

It was like stepping back in time to the 1960's/70's. Super old school place right down to the plastic tile in the bathroom but CLEAN! If you only do fancy and new, this isn't your place. If you do like good hospitality (Crystal at the front desk is delightful), clean BIG apt with bagels, oatmeal, Danish, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, a fridge full of cold drinks and walking out your back door to either sit on your your own patio, at the pool or on the beach in the hotel supplied lounges, then you've found home.
