The service, Fernando at the front desk was very helpfull and super nice. The detail of the guest of the day and gift because of our honey moon was incredible

Proximity to the beach and restaurants within walking distance. The pool on the property is beautiful even though access is often restricted, which is a shame.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is included. There is a swimming pool and a free parking.

We stayed at this hotel with our family from December 21 to December 24, 2025, and had a great experience. The rooms are quite spacious, with a large and very comfortable bathroom. The breakfasts were excellent — tasty and well organized. The rooms are very quiet: no noise from neighbors or from the street, which made our stay especially relaxing. Convenient parking and a great location allow easy access to different parts of the city. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I would especially like to mention the breakfast staff — they are extremely attentive to guests and leave a very positive impression. The hotel also has a pool and an outdoor relaxation area with comfortable sofas, perfect for spending time outdoors. A wonderful place — highly recommended!

Loved the variety with the continental breakfast. An excellent assortment of choices from cold to hot and delicious coffee.

After having stayed at Regency Inn and Suites Sarasota multiple times, I can say with complete confidence that I personally like the succinct efficiency, affordability, and proximity of the property. Jon Baugh, the manager, has always treated me with the utmost respect and dignity which I appreciate very much.

View, service, clean. Nice beds, good food

Very relaxing peaceful and very clean! Love how they had the tiki bar music playing through out the resort loved how they had so many spots to sit and relax!

We had a very pleasant stay with my family. Everything was very clean, and the room looked exactly like the photos. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Size of the rooms and the breakfast. They were able to accommodate us after the room we reserved through booking.com was not in their system.

The staff was great. The building and room were clean and tidy. The only issue was a barking dog, however i was unable to determine where the dog was located.
