The apartment is awesome with incredible views of Bai Tu Long Bay. Everything was smooth and perfect. The place is tidy, the owner is super friendly, and they offer free tea, coffee, and noodles. I booked almost at midnight, and the owner responded super fast—check-in was immediate after booking. Definitely recommend!

The best thing with this hotel is the staff. So sweet, helpful and accomodating! Location is really nice, outside the center, so quiet at night. In front of the hotel is a damm, and outside the damm is the ocean, so dinner in the sunset at their outdoor table was magical. One of few beaches on the island worth a visit (we rented a motorbike and went to all of them) is just a 5 min walk from the hotel!
