Strandhotel Alte Donau has a private beach and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi access. Vienna’s city centre can be reached by underground in only a few minutes. Very nice and big room, towel replacement and cleaning on a daily basis and great breakfast! The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Convenient location close to a metro station, reaching the city center in 10min. All in all, highly recommended hotel!

The apartment was perfect - with a large terrace and the best view on the Danube in the whole of Vienna. Elizabeth our hostess was very welcoming; she and her husband helped with our luggage and as we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, she very kindly provided our breakfast on Monday morning. The weather was intensely hot and sleeping was not easy, but our hostess provided electric fans for our comfort. Also there was a welcome Nespresso machine so we could have coffee.
