Hosts are the best! They are really helpful. They helped us to book trips to Tikal and Belize city and also booked boats (even in odd times) to Flores. They are really nice. Property is 5 mins boat ride across Flores town. It’s in a nice garden and has amazing views of the lake.

The place is absolutely magical, surrounded by beautiful, untouched nature. Being located right by a biotope makes it feel incredibly peaceful and special. The food at the hotel was outstanding—every meal was a real highlight. Everything about our stay was exceptional, from the atmosphere to the quality of service. We would definitely love to come back.

I have an autistic boy who enjoys seeing the sunset at Peten Itza Lake. I'm really thankful to all the staff who made my son's dream of having a campfire near the lake while enjoying the sunset. Super nice accommodation, super clean, new floors, shower wasn’t warm but the pressure was incredible and with the heat we didn’t mind the colder water at all. quiet location across the water from Flores and owned by a very sweet family. They picked us up in their lancha free of charge to bring us over and lachas are available for cheap to visit Flores when you want. We loved it here.
