The staff is super warm and friendly. He tried his best to help for information and even turned on the AC before we arrived. So we had a warm room when we got in the room. He is the best during our whole trip in Morocco. The hotel is beautiful and the room is comfortable. The decoration is a little bit outdated, but that’s normal for a Riad . The breakfast is OK, meets expectations . The hot water flow flow is good. The room is quiet, though the praying sound from the nearby mosque waked us up in the early morning.

The traditional-style riad offers an original patio with a fountain, a glass ceiling and a furnished terrace with plants. Simply gorgeous. We took many pictures in the atrium. The rooms with the ridiculously high ceilings are beautiful, too. All the staff were super attentive, and we had a very interesting conversation with Reta who speaks perfect English and shared some deep insights with us. The riad is located on a nicer street in the medina with loads of plants, and some cute cats.

The hosts are amazing, they went extra mile to make sure that we felt like home away from home. Very tasty homemade breakfast which we truly enjoyed. We were also provided with useful recommendations of local restaurants and places to see. Had truly wonderful experience!
