Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. All the staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thanks to the reception team, especially Fatima Zahra and Hamza, for their exceptional hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. They made my stay even more enjoyable and ensured that everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

It was easy to get to and inside the old medina. There is signage so just look out for it. Nice breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable bed. What else could you ask for. Thanks to all at Dar Wassim!

Staff was amazing, very helpful. Great location, one of the nicest and cleanest streets in Medina. Easy to arrive on foot, 5-10 minutes walk from the Medina gates.

Everything! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Hafiz and Sofian take care the people staying. The parking was very helpful and very safe for those who want to rent a car. Highly recommend.

The style of the building was gorgeous and the staff super welcoming and warming. The position in central, the riad located in the medina but easy to reach.

Located near Rabat Medina. Easy to find. Helpful staff. Let to keep luggage after check-out. Clean. Good wifi. Hot water. Aircon. Android TV (YouTube, Netflix, etc.)

Great location, inside the old town while on a quiet street away from the crowds. Super friendly staff and they kindly help my parents change room when they find stairs in the loft may not suit them. Home cooked breakfast is very delicious.

Classic Morroccon eperience. Warm welcome--Nadia,Salim and Mouad were beyond helpful and accomodating.The upstairs terrace was a very convenient to get tohether with friends and occaissionaly smoke a cigar in peace. Frankly it was an oasis in the middle of narrow streets. I will return and enjoy my stay here.

Staff, staff and staff. Everyone was just amazing from the front desk Hajar and Asmaa and specially the front office manager Mohamed Magdy who made us feels at home with his exceptional welcome, upgrade gesture and top professionalism. Very well done to everyone there.

Amazing, I kept myself from falling asleep to enjoy the place more. Plus, we had the honor to sleep with Rosa, the cat of the property, in our room.

We had an incredible time here. We stayed for one night and our room was so pretty and clean. This riad is worth the hype. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our bags here the following day as we had a late flight home. The breakfast was very tasty. The location of the riad is great, in the middle of the medina. HIGHLY recommend.

Amazing staff, always smiling and welcoming, from the security guard to the hotel team. The pool deck offered a fantastic view of the city and the Atlantic Ocean. A truly wonderful stay.

This is such a beautiful Riad. Yousuf was really helpful and friendly and helped us settle in despite us arriving well past midnight. The breakfast was really tasty and substantial with lots of variety. The room was really clean, comfy and beautiful with an excellent shower. I will 100% stay here again as I'm determined to return to Rabat

The Riad Kaala 1 and Kaala 2 are equally fabulous! We had a fantastic stay in Kaala 2 where we had an executive suite with terrace, airco and one floor up a shared wonderful rooftop with a tiny swimming pool and panoramic view. The staff is extremely kind and they do more than their best to satisfy the clients. The restaurant that is located in Kaala 1 is excellent.

Location, food, and the staff - oh, the most delightful staff, I genuinely cannot praise them enough - were fabulous. A short walk to the sea, the medina, the kasbah: just ideal and so pretty.

Staff were wonderful, room was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was good, location was great within the Medina and pool was so refreshing. Air con in the room was fantastic.
