They provided everything you could possibly need. The view of the sound was amazing. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. All the extras like the games, the downstairs area with ping pong and foosball was so nice. It’s was so thoughtful to provide all the beach equipment. We loved the area with so much to do. The beach parking access lot was only yards away (so my car mostly stayed in the spot at the house). Nice light breakfast, snacks out (oink) and wine/cheese (guzzle) in the evening. I felt a little guilty about my wine consumption, but you literally can spend all your time right there (between the beach, the balcony and the pool)
