The staff is wonderful, and everyone speaks English. Even though we arrived at night, there were no issues with checking in. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the breakfasts are pleasant. Breakfasts with a sea view are wonderful. Each room comes with a free set of sun loungers (2 loungers and an umbrella). The beach is just across the road from the hotel. You can also order a taxi through the reception. There's an excellent restaurant on the ground floor—one of the best on the promenade. If you're traveling with a child, it's better to choose a room facing the courtyard, as it can be noisy until midnight due to the promenade. However, the sea view rooms offer a beautiful view. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is new (still not completely finished), but our experience was much better than we expected. At first, we were a little worried after reading some negative reviews on Booking.com — one guest even uploaded only exterior photos of the unfinished parts of the hotel without showing their room. This gave us the wrong impression and almost made us cancel. We now feel that was unfair to the establishment, because the reality was much more positive. Before our arrival, Deni, the owner, contacted us to confirm our arrival time. We arrived earlier than check-in, and he kindly let us know the room was already ready. Everything went smoothly. We had lunch at the hotel, which was excellent, and dinner was great too. Breakfast the next morning, included with the stay, was truly generous — so much delicious food for just two people that we couldn’t finish it all! Deni and his staff are fantastic — welcoming, attentive, and professional. The service is truly TOP. Our room (103) was exactly as described on Booking.com and matched the photos perfectly. Although the hotel is not completely finished, there is no construction going on during this season. The place is calm and quiet with no noise at all. The remaining work will be done after the season, and it’s clear they are doing their best to make the hotel even more premium in the future. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Verona Boutique Hotel!

The hotel is in an excellent location right on the beach front. We had a sea view balcony and the room was nice and clean. The view from the bathroom window looked out onto the promenade and sea front and framed beautifully. The room was basic but modern and clean. The bed was comfortable with crisp white bedsheets. The bathroom was excellent with a walk in shower. The host was very welcoming. Breakfast was great. It was provided to you as opposed to a buffet and consisted of omelette or puff ball fritters with salad, yogurt and fruit. Healthy and filling for the morning. We would definitely book again. No complaints, it was great and exceeded our expectations in all honesty.

The location is good with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself is very cozy and has basically everything you need to live there even for longer periods. The decoration and colorfulness of the apartment is super nice! The balcony is a good size and you can see the ocean from there. Overall a very pleasant stay!
