Has a nice garden with pretty trees (a pity that the grass is artificial). Has a car parking spot behind a gate and you can even make a U-turn inside. Kitchen has a decent variety of utensils. Right next to the villa there is a salt lake where was saw several flamingos (early December). A couple of very nice restaurants in Kiti and around. Very short drive to Lidl.

Matatagpuan sa Larnaka, ilang hakbang lang mula sa Meneou Beach, ang Yialos Village by Cybarco ay naglalaan ng beachfront accommodation na may hardin, private beach area, terrace, at libreng WiFi. This apartment was wonderfully functional, clean and the perfect location for one night in Athens! (We met the lady who cleaned the apartments and she was just lovely, asking us if we were happy with the room.) As mentioned in other reviews, the lift is a delightful relic from the past and we had a good laugh as we crammed ourselves and our luggage in the tiny space...and prayed! 🙏🤣 Katerina is fabulous to deal with and so helpful with prompt communication and specific details in regards to access etc. We are so grateful to have found this little gem and what an incredible experience to view the Akropolis from the balcony! The apartment is located in the first row of the buildings, next to the beach, in a private complex, accessible via a ramp. The complex was very quiet, apart from occasional workers taking care of the grass and the bushes. Several supermarkets, a pharmacy, fast food and restaurants are within the range of 3-5km. The beach was ok, clean, convenient, there is a tap at the beach for washing your feet at departure but no shower. Event though the airport is very near, we never heard any planes. The parking space is located in the adjacent building approx. 60m away, but the if we had to chose between the option of parking in front of the door or in the adjacent building, we would chose the latter because the car stayed in deep shade. The apartment itself is located in the first floor, with a shaded balcony with a partially obstructed view of the seat. It is suitably spacious for a family of four with very clever layout. The rooms are big enough so that the suitcases lying on the floor were not in our way. We particularly liked the shades, which enabled darkening the rooms completely. We really appreciated all rooms having a separate AC. The apartment was very clean and equipped with all basic kitchen utensils, including a scraper and cork-screwer. The agent operating the premise was very helpful, nice, and offered excellent response time. We left behind an e-book reader and were contacted immediately. The service was excellent.
