Situated right on the beach of Malia, Silver Sun Hotel features a swimming pool and poolside bar. It features self-catered accommodation with a balcony overlooking the Cretan Sea. I had an amazing stay at Silver Sun Studios! The location is just perfect, only a few steps from the sea, which made my holiday even more relaxing. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I especially loved the Greek coffee – such a great touch that made me feel at home. I truly enjoyed every moment here and will gladly be back!

The best hosts I've ever had in my life, exceptional service, we felt like family, they took us to a Cuban night because we are Cuban, they prepared a dinner for all the guests, It was an unforgettable experience. They showered us with attention, even lending us their bikes to explore the area. In short, I highly recommend this place. If you want to meet Greeks, spend time with them, and feel like part of their family, this is the place for you. I'll be back with Yannis and Iliana every time I return to Malia. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay around Malia then you will find Sea View apartments is perfect. Right on Mali Port walking distance to several great restaurants and beaches. We had a late arrival but our host met us when we arrived and even put some fresh fruit in the room for us to get us started our first morning. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and in order. There is plenty of parking and since the apartments are at the end of the road so there is no traffic noise.

Situated on a private, sandy beach, 2 km from Sissi village, the all-inclusive Grecotel Meli Palace features 2 restaurants, 2 tennis courts and a pool. A genuinely good hotel where you immediately feel at home — or as if you’ve come to visit family or close friends. The staff are extremely polite, positive, and always ready to help with any request, yet never intrusive. Nothing disturbs your relaxation here. The food and service are absolutely 10 out of 10. The location was perfect for us — peaceful and surrounded by nature. If you prefer lively nightlife, cafes, bars, and parties, this isn’t the place for you. But if you value tranquility and beautiful surroundings, you’ll love it here. A couple of small suggestions: the rooms could use a bit of renovation as they feel a little tired, and while the mattress is quite soft (which I personally liked), others might prefer something firmer. It’s also a pity that smoking is allowed on the balconies — though that’s common in many hotels. Overall, I can say one thing: I truly recommend this place!
