Few steps to beaches, markets and restaurants. Highly recommended for families. Host very friendly, and ready for help on demand at any time of day. He suprised us we got starting package with shower gel and shampoo, many towels, fresh fruits, candies, mineral water etc and finally when we check out suprised us again with a small gift😉

The location is amazing, especially with small kids. The park & beach are within walking distance. The owners met us on arrival & were very helpful.

We checked it out when we were in Makarska but we did not get to stay at the property. The property policies did not allow pets and we had an emergency on the morning of the day we were supposed to arrive - we could not leave our dog at the dog hotel anymore. We called the owner to ask for an exception since we have a small dog and very well trained - he said that unfortunately there were some neighbors in the building who did not accept pets on the premises. And since we could not come in this situation, he said he cannot refund anything of the money since booking was collecting the money. When asking booking.com for a cancellation, the request for at least a partial refund was sent over to the owner but he did not accept any refund.
