Featuring a large and open wooden deck overlooking El Nido Bay, El Gordo's Seaside Adventure Lodge provides dormitory and private rooms with free Wi-Fi. We can't thank Cristina and Gordon for their hospitality. They were very kind and made us feel at home. We booked a double private room and everything was clean and tidy, we had beautiful views from our balcony. Breakfast was super tasty and they have a very affordable laundry service. The best place to stay in El Nido if you want to be surrounded by the Philippino community, who were also very kind and helpful, as you have to walk the last 50 metres through Buena Suerte, and yes, they have roosters, and music and kids in the street but this is part of the experience, we never felt unsafe in the slightest, on the contrary, we felt welcomed.

It was cozy and feels like home. The host is very accommodating. He made sure that we would enjoy our time in El Nido even the weather is not so good.

The staff truly stood out, they were attentive, professional, and incredibly quick to help with anything we needed. Their responsiveness really elevated our stay and made us feel well taken care of. The villa offered a beautiful view from the room, and we enjoyed having convenient amenities like the projector and Apple TV for relaxing in the evenings. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with fresh options that we genuinely looked forward to. Another highlight was the location, so close to town. It was easy to enjoy the local area while still having a peaceful, private place to return to.

It is so quiet and peaceful and yet right next to El Nido centre. The hotel grounds and rooms are spotless and kept so well. Lovely wooden floors in the bedrooms and restaurant. Beautiful view from restaurant/bar and pool area. Staff were the extremely helpful.
