The breakfast was delicious! So impressed by the focaccia and sourdough that Nina had made, as well as the homemade yoghurt and fruits, very happy with the cereals and drink options as well. Room was very clean and welcoming, had everything we needed in it.

This property was warm and welcoming. Linda, the Manager was so helpful to us during our 5 night stay! Parking was easy and we could walk from our location to several delicious restaurants! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    Great location not far from the city centre. Easily accessible by car, possibly a bit harder by foot. The continental breakfast provided a great selection & the little dining room was lovely. The apartment was bright, sunny, spacious & well decorated. The beds are huge!

    What a fantastic place to stay! It was exceptionally clean, great location, plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are large and well appointed. There were also lots of little personal touches to really make you feel at home and welcome! Breakfast was lovely and the fresh fruit salad was most enjoyable! Can absolutely recommend this place. Linda made us feel very welcome and was very friendly and helpful. 😊

    The location Sandy Bay is perfect place to be as it’s quiet and close to Hobart and other sightseeing attractions such as the Shot tower and Mt Wellington. A beautiful building and garden and the housekeeper during our stay was so charming, helpful and kept our rooms spotless . Breakfast there is a bonus and you can safely park your car in the parking lot.

    The location was a walk distance to shops and cafes. It is also close to city. It is on the main road, very convenient. It is quiet with a beautiful garden. There is sea view from the balcony. The dining room and library's set up is very boutique and tidy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
