We loved staying here. The warm welcome that extended throughout our stay was wonderful. The room was large with a sofa and desk, the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was very new. There was a fridge we could use and fans for the hot evening. Although it is quite close to the road, there is very little noise. We ate a picnic in the evening at one of the outside tables in the pleasant garden, and out host provided plates and glasses for us. The breakfast was very good. There's parking on site. The location is good for exploring this region and while the village doesn't have a restaurant, it sits in the middle of vineyards and there are places close by to try the wines.

Our stay at la grange was really fantastic, nothing to fault at all. Host was great, even accommodating my last minute arrival time changes with ease, checking regularly throughout the stay we had everything we needed and offering advice on where to go in the region. The house itself is stunning with a beautiful garden to enjoy as well. Our room was very spacious and clean, bathroom was beautiful, view onto the garden, quiet at night and during the day. The village itself is stunning and quaint, beautiful views everywhere you look. The neighbouring village Chateau-Chalon perched on a cliff was equally beautiful. Great region to explore, drink the wine and eat good food - le grand jardin and le bouchon du château restaurants were fantastic! Hope to be back soon!
