Le Puits Fortifié, B&B in Salives

Located in the medieval village of Salives, this B&B offers a continental breakfast, a living room with a fireplace and a bar. Wi-Fi is provided in the entire property and free public parking is possible nearby.

Very nice authentic location in a very small and quiet town. The place gives you that kind of Inn feeling where we had a nice meal. Sadly none of the guests spoke a foreign language and their french was to fast for us.

At the guest house, each unit comes with a desk. The units are fitted with a heated pool. The units feature a private bathroom, a hair dryer and bed linen.

Buffet and continental breakfast options with fresh pastries, pancakes and fruits are available every morning at the guest house. There is a coffee shop, and packed lunches are also available.

My husband and I stayed here at the end of June and we had an excellent stay. We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to others. The owners were very kind and accommodating. We called them about dinner but they were full so they offered to make us a platter of local cheeses and cured meats and wine. It was so delicious. We could tell this B&B was a passion project for them, which just made the whole experience feel personalized and connected to the place. Also, DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST THERE. The included breakfast was insane. All fresh, local products. Everything just had so much flavor- from the homemade flan tart to the bakery fresh bread. The setting was also beautiful. It was so green and lush. A small river runs through the property. The room was nice and comfortable (although we didn’t seem to have Wi-Fi). This B&B is in the middle of nowhere but it is definitely worth your while. It is also dog-friendly.

    Perfect quiet secluded location with plenty of open private space and welcoming host. Excellent facilities, all that you need for a short stay, plus the amazing Nordic bath. Lots of unique, quirky features with a real personal touch throughout.
