Very friendly, super clean, fantastic decor, very high standard, bed was lovely and comfy, fab pillows! The hot tub was great, easy to book your slot/s, if like us it was a great start and end to a day. The hubby found the sauna to be an added bonus!! Fantastic seating areas by the river, very soothing to listen to the water rushing by, there is a lovely little summer house outside too, we would love to visit again in the summer. The biggest healthiest chickens in the front garden, don't forget to take them some grapes! Super breakfasts, and the smoothies were delicious, all in all not a bad thing to say about this fantastic little guest house!!

It was warm and comfortable both the bed and lounges. There was also a lot of extra touches such as great food that Jan supplied. The open fire was also a plus!

Sally and Ian looked after us very well. The breakfast was more than adequate, lots of choice and well presented. Very nice people and we would happily return here.

Everything was just perfect! Clean and cosy room with the view to cute Dumfries old town, close to railway station and a 10 minute walk from bus station. Walking distance to the heart of town, very safe and homey. Very kind staff and extremely good breakfast. Would definitely stay again!
