The room was comfortable and spacious. The food was amazing (you should definitely book a dinner here). And the hospitality of the host and staff were 5-star level and more. They not only provided me a great stay, but also helped me plan a splendid journey ahead.

We spent our wedding night here and it was perfect. The room is very cosy with lovely design details, and a beautiful view out the sea. You are just a short walk across the beach from the lovely applecross inn. We had a little sea dip in the morning and it was amazing to see about 30 seals in the water, and a deer on the beach. The house is right next to a beautiful little church that you can explore, and there's a helpful guide book of places to visit in the room. Terry is a wonderful host, and made us an absolutely fantastic breakfast, she worked with my now-husbands mum to put a card and bottle of prosecco in the room. She also has a very lovely dog named Finn.

Large Manor House down a secluded road. Our room was large with a lovely sitting area and table for our breakfast which was brought to us. Breakfast was fresh and perfect.

    Great location. Very interesting building and surroundings. Lots of quirkiness inside. Needs a bit more of TLC but it is a family place with 5 children and looking after that place and maintaining to a good standard would need an army of people. Good breakfast served in bedroom. Met Félix who is friendly and welcoming .

    Stepping back in time walking into the foyer. Old fashioned grandeur. Our room was the largest I have ever slept in. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Lovely large shower with plenty of hot water. Quiet peaceful location. However the whole area is peaceful!

    Great location in an old mansion hidden in the forest by the shore. Big bedroom with a table for breakfast served in the room. Looks like it is a family house. Good beds and good shower.
