We absolutely loved it - from the warm welcome from Jelena, in which we were sat in front of a cooling fan and provided with a glass of white and cold water, we knew we were in for a treat. Jelena had contacted me prior to arrival to make sure we knew where to go and so she could meet us and so excellent communication. Jelena and her husband showed us around and made us feel so welcome and ensured we were comfortable and happy. She also sent us a list of the best restaurants in the area, and they clearly have great taste. The bed was massive and comfy, the bathroom was immaculate with excellent shower, there was a wide screen HD Smart TV with Netflix, the little courtyard was so nice and the room is stylish and tastefully decorated. When we go back to Croatia we will definitely stay again and would recommend to everyone. The room is beautiful and comfortable, the hosts are amazing and great location in the old town. My only regret was not staying in Split longer so we could enjoy the room more (we only stayed in Split for one night before flying home, as had stayed on the islands).

Amazing experience all around! The place is literally steps away from Saint Domnius Cathedral, so it doesn't get more central than that.
The best experience was the hospitality of Roko and the Aborda team! Our flight got delayed two times, and Roko kept in constant touch with us to ensure that our actual arrival was coordinated, and that we would make it to our suite. It was well after midnight (passed the required check-in time) when the taxi dropped us off, and Roko ended up waiting for us, and escorting us to our suite! Thank you so much Roko!
The complimentary breakfast at Konoba Korta was very tasty! Staff was amazing and very friendly, and helped make our experience in Split that much better! We made a last minute decision to do a day trip to Krka National Park, and they made us breakfast to-go in less than 10 minutes! Thank you, Konoba Korta team!!

This is an excellent apartment in a great location. Would highly recommend for a couple staying for a long weekend. The room was modern with a luxury boutique feel. We loved the rooms architecture and facilities. Having an espresso machine and a fridge in the room etc was handy! The host was kind enough to hold our bags all day due to a late flight which was extremely helpful.

Cozy, charming little apartment, equipped with kitchen and private bathroom. Clean and comfortable, and with a great location near restaurants, stores, city center, and tourist attractions. Host was professional and responsive, and check in was easy. Three rooms share an entryway, and there was some unavoidable noise when other guests entered and exited their rooms, but other than this, the neighborhood was perfectly quiet, and I slept well at night. Would stay again, and recommend!

Great location near pretty and quiet beaches, nice residential area with some cute coffee bars, restaurants, bakeries and supermarket. Private parking, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only 20 minutes walk to the city center through lovely and quiet streets. Appartement was spacious (we stayed with a family of 3), modern, great rooftop outside area with lovely seatings. Kitchen well enough equipped.
