This stay was one of my favorite stays during my Kenyan trip, Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host, and he were helped us find good restaurants where can order the food. very well-maintained and cleaned home, kitchen, and very well hospitality.

Check inn was very smooth,staff were very helpful,property had all facilities,rooms were very clean and comfortable,WIFI was very fast, Property is in good location as malls and restaurants are walking distance, Mr Paul was very helpful,we felt like home,he was always available,will definitely come back again and not to forget watchman don't remember his name,he was in morning shift he was very kind to wash my car and always ready to assist.

I had a wonderful stay at Karen Plains Hotel! The staff, particularly Sharon and Sheila, were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any needs, making my experience truly enjoyable. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with comfortable accommodations and great amenities. Its location is ideal, just a short distance from The Waterfront, where you can find a variety of restaurants and supermarkets. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay, and the security provided gave me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend Karen Plains Hotel to anyone visiting the area!

This is in a really quiet part of Nairobi. It is a small family run place, I think there are only 5 or 6 guest rooms in it as it is a private residence converted into a bed and breakfast. My colleagues and I were the only ones staying there during our stay, and we chatted with the hosts frequently, watched a movie in the living room, ate dinner with the hosts in the kitchen. It felt so homey, I didn’t even lock my room door.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms and we loved the back patio/lounge/restaurant area. We had a relaxing stay and appreciated the quiet and calm space, felt like a little oasis to retreat to in the middle of busy and fun travel days. Food was fantastic - the fish curry and veggie curry, omg so good! Welcoming and friendly staff throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The location was good along side the road, it had maximum security which was very safe, didn't have issues with parking plus had 24/7 checking as I reached late but was helped.
