Wow! This guesthouse exceeded all our expectations. From the seamless check-in process to its prime location, everything was top-notch. The safari tour they organized to Yalla Park was the highlight of our trip, allowing us to see the park's main animals up close. The rooms, while simple, were impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed, including hot showers and air conditioning. The lush green surroundings showcased the care and attention to detail put into beautifying the property. We opted for take-away dinner one evening and found ourselves so comfortable and content that we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend these guys for an unforgettable stay!

The room was very clean, and the host's hospitality was incredible—super friendly and attentive. She arranged a tour for us for 18,000 LKR, offered us tea in the morning before we left, and kindly assisted and guided us to our next destination. Without a doubt, highly recommended! The bathroom was also clean, and the room was spotless.

I can't say enough great things about this homestay! They arranged our transfer from Ella and arranged a morning and afternoon safari for us. We were greeted with a delicious cold coconut water, in the coconut. We chose the breakfast and dinner option which makes so much sense because the town is a bit of a walk and after a safari all day (4:30 am to 6:30 pm) it is great to have dinner at the homestay. Both dinners we had were excellent, I think the best food we've had in Sri Lanka! They also pack a breakfast to go on your safari day because of leaving so early. When you wake up they have coffee and bananas for you before leaving. Our room was a great size, ac and hot water worked well. The owners are very kind, friendly and even drove us to the bus stop, stayed with us and made sure we got on the right bus. I highly recommend Tissa Rainbow for your stay while exploring Yala National Park, you won't regret it!

Priyanka was a wonderful host. After arriving from a hot afternoon safari I was greeted with a cold towel and a fresh coconut. The room is large, clean and has a/c. The dinner and breakfast prepared by his wife was delicious. It was great value. Overall a fantastic one night stay. I highly recommended this guest house.

Amazing place in a fabulous location. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We even had a packed breakfast as we had early safaris each day. Cannot praise enough. Make sure you visit the Crocs before you leave!!!

Very clean room and bathroom. Everything was very clean. The host was very welcoming and received us with wood apple juice. The room was exactly as described, with a good AC working perfectly and hot shower. The room was spacious, the breakfast was good and enough to start the day. For the day with the safari, the host provided breakfast when getting back, which was very nice. The homemade dinner was very tasty and abundant. Also the host helped us to take the bus nearby the accommodation. Highly recommended if you go to Tissa and want a peaceful place to stay. The only minus could be that WiFi works well outside, in the room the signal is weak.
