Samba (the owner) is amazing person to meet. He is a respected man from his community. So you are lucky if you are visiting Mauritania and Samba’s place is available. The room is very clean, it has very good air conditioner and there are nets in each window. So there is no mosquito at all. For little extra money he will bring lunch and dinner from what his family is eating. He will show you the good beaches and he can be all the time with you, including buying fresh fish in the market. I recommend that you ask for his taxi man to pick you up at the airport.

Le K organised a car for the trip from the airport, and the driver was still there after my flight was delayed for 12h. For sure we stayed in touch during all the delays, in a friendly and hassle free way. Then they went on to help me organise the rest of my stay in Mauritania, in a way that was just amazing. Really friendly people, genuine hospitality and 100% recommended.
