The owner was a genuinely kind person. There is a cafe on site with really good food and coffee/cocktails. The best part about the stay was the short walk to the waterfall on the property. It’s open to the public for a fee but free if you stay at Firefly. We went down early in the morning for a lovely dip in the cool water before anyone else got there. Adorable dogs and cats onsite too!

My friend and I stayed at Travis for 4 nights, you can find their place situated along the main Siquijor Road, it could be far from the center of San Juan but it is near at some of the tourist spot like the Pitogo Cliff and Kawayan Resort. We stayed in the Toblerone-shaped house, a cozy and unique accommodation where you can enjoy peaceful and quiet nights. You can use their common kitchen to cook and store food/water in the fridge, with drinking water readily available. The whole place is surrounded by trees, plants and greenery. The lady owner is truly a blessing. She helped us with our request, from extra pillows, blanket, and a chair, to even lending a wireless mouse so that my friend could work at night, she prepared us some local herbal medicine for us before we left. Truly a memorable stay!
 BONUS TIP: They can also arrange a scooter rental at a cheaper price, if you need a tuktuk ride heading back to the port they can help arrange that too. They also has friendly house dogs and a cat, just keep an eye on your fish haha!
