The location is awesome! If you stay in the old building, you can park right in front of your door. I really enjoy staying here because the price is right and you can walk to the boardwalk in one minute. It is a friendly and happy place.

Love, love, love the location right on the boardwalk! The porch and rocking chairs were a cozy spot to sit at any time of the day or evening. Nice and quiet! The free parking space right behind the house was great! This is an older house, but it has lots of character and is very clean. Coffee and muffins were available all day. Free use of bikes, beach chairs and books. Best spot in Ocean City!

The best part about this property is the cleanliness. It’s spotless, there are no smells of mildew and they clean the sand off the rugs and floors so there is no crunchiness. The pool is wonderful. It’s a large size that can accommodate many. The rooms are a good size and the location to the beach is great!
