The owners go over the top to ensure everything you need is supplied! It was impressive how they spared no expense with high protein yogurt and delicious pastries along with all necesitties for the beach. They were quick with communications m, we had an issue with the TV and they fixed it I. 5 minutes!

The room was fantastic! Very clean with a Cape Cod vibe. The hotel was quiet, and near all of the action. It is just steps away from the Boatslip for tea, and you can rent a bike or visit the famous Ptown Pizza across the street. I Loved this hotel, and will definitely be coming back here again :)

There was no breakfast, but there was a keurig machine with coffee and tea and a water fountain and an ice maker which was all very convnient. The location was very central so excellent. Also the outdoor shower is convenient since we had to share a bathroom with 2 other rooms.

    The host and all staff were very friendly and helpful. They even let us check in early, which we really appreciated. Many thanks again! - A very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was also very good, especially considering the 'standard US breakfast' which is offered elsewhere. The location of the place is great, in the center but quiet!

    I've stayed here before and I like it. It's a quaint but nicely updated B&B behind a restaurant (Spindler's) right on the main promenade, Commercial St, so it's quiet because it's off the street. There's a cozy front parlor when you enter and a really nice 24-7 coffee station. My room was really comfortable, stylish, clean, great bed, great walk-in shower, etc.
