Located in Rockville, Tyler Inn at Zion provides accommodation with seating area. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Heather and Garth provided everything we needed and even more! Their place was not only truly comfortable but they, as the owners, made us feel like at home. The only thing that we regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Situated in Tropic, 21 km from Sunrise Point, Happy Trails BnB provides accommodation with a fitness room. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the bed and breakfast free of charge. The place is designed in good taste. A common area with snacks and drinks, sofas, kitchen, laundry room and so on. Then there are the private room. Each room is equipped with a digital lock, so that once booking - you get an email with all the information. The room is also lovely. We'll designed, pleasant and clean. It is apparent that someone went through the trouble of designing a facility that is welcoming and comfortable for the guests. Breakfast is excellent - all that you need before going to visit the magnificent Bryce Canyon (20 minutes' drive).

Situated in Escalante, Ponderosa Inn features free WiFi. The rooms have air conditioning, a desk and a flat-screen TV, and some units at the inn have a patio. It has been some time since we stayed at a motel/hotel where the persons in charge put together many things that are fun, important, well - done etc --for their customers. From check in to check out we enjoyed the ambiance of our room and how it was decorated, the ease of entry and departure--it was an easy and fun environment

Located in Springdale, 800 metres from Zion National Park, Novel House Inn at Zion provides accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. Absolutely loved how charming the property was. Kieren was also such a wonderful post and I loved the rooms. Would highly recommend this point and stay. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Kieren.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Bullberry inn Bed & Breakfast is set in Tropic, 21 km from Sunrise Point and 25 km from Sunset Point. Very clean. Easy to find. Great breakfast each day

Situated within 600 metres of Southern Utah University and 1.4 km of Eccles Coliseum, Bard's Inn offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Cedar City. I loved everything about this B&B, it's small and cozy with old furniture and decoration style, everything was clean and very nice. The breakfast was homemade and delicious and they had plenty of different options available. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great atmosphere, lovely people, excellent breakfast, comfortable and clean spaces, EV charger on site, bikes to rent, hot tub (with views!), amazing location

Located in Springdale, 1 km from Zion National Park, Flanigan`s Resort and Spa has rooms with free WiFi access. Featuring a bar, this 3-star inn has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Zion National Park. The room was spacious and, well furnished and equipped, and opened onto a lovely courtyard. Views from the walk in the grounds and the hot tub were amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The Inn at 37 Main is set in Rockville and features a shared lounge. The property features mountain and pool views. Everything about our stay was amazing! The location is perfect, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and parking is easy and free. Best of all though are the owners who are so kind, give great advice and cook an amazing breakfast every morning! I could not imagine having a better stay when traveling to Zion and we can’t wait to stay there again!

Bryce Trails Bed and Breakfast is set in Tropic, 25 km from Sunset Point, 14 km from Pink Cliffs Village, as well as 22 km from Daves Hollow Forest Service Station. Very special place, located in the countryside. Clean and comfortable. Very tasty homemade breakfast. The hosts are lovely. They spent time with us the morning we were leaving, telling us about the places to see and how to get to them. We ended up taking an unpaved road to our next destination that was not even on the map, driving through beautiful valleys, over the mountains with breathtaking views. We would have missed this experience otherwise. Thank you so very much! Btw, there is an absolutely exceptional steakhouse just around the corner. Don’t miss it!
