We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western…It’s a very charming, majestic and friendly place full of character. Our room was large and warm with beautiful antique furniture and paintings, the bed was comfy and shower worked well. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast downstairs in the breakfast room….The hotel is also very conveniently located right next to the tube station but set back from street so it’s quiet. For the price , I don’t think you’ll find better!

Never having stayed in a Best Western hotel before, I was surprised as to how large the rooms were, with equally spacious bathrooms. The member of staff who assisted me on both my past visits was Sandeep, who was super helpful in making sure that I had the right room for a comfortable stay.

The staff were warm and welcoming. I have annually frequented various hotels along that stretch and Best Western has a good toilet size to suit a plus-size guy like me. The bed was cosy and the hotel was a 1-minute walk away from the nearest bus-stop.

I expected better from a Best Western Hotel, the room looked onto a train line which the trains did not stop till 12 midnight, then started at 4 am again, I didn’t like the dinning room so went out for breakfast.

I have used Best Western plus hotels and they are top quality. The room had no window but the air condition was on and I didn't see the need of the window. Great customer service all in all 10/10.
