The cook went above and beyond by preparing a delicious meal using the fish we purchased during the trip. The flavors were exquisite, and it added a unique touch to our journey. The staff were so welcoming right from the start. They helped us with our luggage and helped us settle in with a refreshing lemon juice After that we were treated to a delicious south indian lunch and one of the best fish fry we ever had. We drove around the lake and just relaxed with chilled beer and good music We stopped at a fish market and got prawns and crab and the crew cooked them up for us in addition to their dinner meal

    Tried to accommodate needs of western family - one not spicy dish especially for us at dinner. Good value - one of the cheapest house boats we found and was still good. Provided a little more a/c than was promised. Fairly clean. A good trip. Optional extras like short canoe trip to village available. Helped with onward plans - kayaking.
