Beautiful historic home, very quiet location - the only thing we could hear were the cows in a nearby paddock mooing (took me back to my childhood growing up in the country). Bedroom spacious, comfy and clean, as was the shared bathroom next door. Our host, Lara, was so lovely, friendly and welcoming, and communicated with us on the day of arrival confirming our booking and time of arrival. She also messaged us the next day to check on us as we had to leave early due to a medical issue, which was really nice of her.

We had breakfast and dinner at Emersons Restaurant and it was excellent. The food is absolutely delicious and the quality is well above what you would expect. The service is fantastic too.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Leconfield House. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared (thanks to the best hosts), and the views were absolutely stunning. It was the perfect escape — quiet, cozy, and so relaxing. The location was as expected, rural with views. The size of the house and the bedrooms was adequate and comfortable. The entry to the driveway was not too difficult to find. The decorations were simple and tasteful and relaxing. The house was extremely clean and tidy. The general administration number was very helpful.
