This property belongs to multi millions brand new single family home. Parking on the nice driveway, neighborhood is quite and safe. You get the passcode and go straight your own entrance. Neighbors are walking dogs. Not far from shopping and restaurants. Costco not far either. Inside the house, there is welcome kits with nice hand written letter, chocolate, nuts and bottles of water. Inside fridge, you will find coke. 5 stars hotel can’t match this. There is Keurig coffee and tea. Full kitchen has everything you need. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are very clean and comfortable. I will rate this stay is better than 5 stars hotel but with fractions of cost. Next time will come this place again for sure.

We had a wonderful time at Muchen Villa with my family. The hotel manager, TED, was extremely kind and attentive. The hotel itself was very clean, with comfortable beds, lovely bedding, and soft pillows. Its location, just 10 minutes from the terminal, was very convenient, and we felt at home during our two-day stay. We will definitely be returning there again.

The location is very good. Easy access to Vancouver by car or public transport, bus stop just around the corner within 1 hour in downtown Vancouver or by car in half a hour in Stephenson. Shoppingcentre and restaurant close by. The suit is ok 2 bedrooms not really specious but ok for a short stay. Bathroom is perfect even got a washer/dryer.
