My husband and I stayed wonderful ten nights in this amazing and luxury Villa no. 2. It‘s just incredible what Mrs. Kitsa, the owner of the house, created. You can tell how much heart she spent into the Villas, to take care of every corner of the buildings and she has absolutely an eye for every detail. Beside the fact that the Villa is well equipped with for example a toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pans, glasses, washing machine, BBQ etc., she also makes sure that you have everything you might need for the first days. To be honest, I didn’t expect to find tabs for the dishwasher or the washing machine, salt, pepper, olive oil, shower gel plus shampoo and a few other nice things for your personal convenience. AMAZING!!! Never had this thoughtful preparation before!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Also I would like to point out how wonderful the people are in the area. You can find an amazing small supermarket in Sivas. From the outside it looks almost too small, but when you enter, you can find everything you need on two floors. No reason to support big supermarkets, if you can have this kind of quality! 😊 Eleni, the owner, is happy to assist you in any question you might have and offers also vegetables from the farm of her husband. Therefore, the quality is just fantastic, fresh and with an amazing taste!!! In addition I would like to mention the butcher in Sivas, close to the supermarket, where you can buy super tasty chicken, lamb, honey and olive oil. Which means, we were having an fantastic BBQ with local products in the Villa with the most incredible view you can have!!! …. ups…. and before I will forget to mention, you should have an aperitif at Manolos Bar, just a few steps away from the Villa and have a look inside. An old traditional house completely renovated and with all modern facilities ( AC, washing machine, big frige with freezer, stovetop, oven), spotlessly clean. Here, you will find all you need: a very quiet location in a short distance from taverns, a good point to start exploring South Crete beaches, a charming and very comfortable accomodation with amazing sea view. The hosts are friendly and very discreet. We had a very good comunication with Eirini, she gives us information about main attractions of the area. Thank you Eirini, we would like to stay again if we come in the area!

Lovely peaceful spot . lots of privacy, beautiful views. Interesting house and reasonable sized pool. Friendly, well behaved cats ( part of the Cretan experience)but don't feed them if you're not keen on their company

great value for price. very large only 2 min by foot to town centre with some relaxed restaurants at the town square. washing machine and all kitchen equipment one would need is there. private pool with a cool fountain and nice lighting in the evening. also very large rooftop with sun all day long and a nice Pavillon to chill under.

don’t know how to start: by the Kind support and friendliness of the host or the very pretty house with the two terraces located at a calm place, fully equipped to fit with the daily needs you may have? everything thought through, well maintained and clean, we will come again, for sure!
