Great place, very cozy, with a very friendly and helpful manager, centrally located (wuthin walking distance from the fort, the souq, and many shops and restaurants), and all for a great price (among the cheapest and most central in Nizwa). Clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful place run by a wonderful family! Attention was given to every detail throughout the large home. Our room was both atmospheric and modern, large and comfortable, and the large backyard area was equally as lovely with many seating areas and a heated pool which felt great in the evening after touring all day. And to top it off, there was a yummy piece of chocolate cake waiting for us in our room when we arrived. Could not recommend this place any more! Only wish we had more than 1 day to stay there. Have many more photos I wanted to add but the booking.com app didn't allow me to. This place really is beautiful!
