Bruno was very nice and helpful! Complementary tea and coffee were a great bonus! The location was perfect - close enough to the touristic center, and yet far enough to get things at more reasonable prices and local food stands on the street at the evenings. Room and bed were very comfortable.

I would give this hotel a 10-star rating for the sweet hotel staff and excellent central location. As soon as you get off the train and cross the bridge, you can see the hotel. We were mesmerized by the views from our top-floor room, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating with anything you need. We stored our luggage when visiting Machu Picchu and also after our arrival until our evening train. The rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. I have to mention the location especially because the hotel is right next to the bus ticket counter and bus stop in the morning for Machu Picchu. It's only a 5-minute walk to the main square and every attraction in town.

The hotel is in a good location. It is cozy and clean. Rina is an excellent host. She picked us up in the train station, took us to the ticket office to buy bus tickets, and recommend a good English speaking tour guide. We had a good time in Machu Picchu and she made our trip even better.
