The property is really root vibes and the staff is SOOOO GENTLE AND ATTENTIVE! What me and my friends liked the most was the beach right in front of it with the facilities provided from the hotel such as kayak, snorkeling, water shoes, sun beds and showers. The breakfast was great, fresh and even though my friends had food restrictions, as they are vegan, the staff made the food fit perfectly for what we needed!

This is a super clean unit located within a short walk of a quiet beach and a couple outstanding small restaurants. The hosts are wonderful and helpful. We had the best ever ribs and restful nights 18 minutes away from busy Papeete.

The hosts Michel and Veronique are wonderful people. They could not do enough for us from fresh fruit from their beautiful garden to letting us do laundry and offering advice of where to go and what to see. The accommodations are spotless, quiet and comfortable and the pool is a welcome break anytime of day. We would rate this property excellent in all respects.

Very clean and has a beautiful pool. Wonderful views from the side of the house. The beds were super comfortable. There was a nice water filtration machine in the kitchen, and there was a fruit basket waiting for us when we arrived. The family that owns it were very kind and arranged to pick us up at the airport for a fee. They also dropped us at the ferry.

Check in was a breeze - Teihotu picked us up at the airport! The property is clean and comfortable and the alarm clock (roosters!) are fully functional. It is located within a family compound so you experience the local way of life instead of the homogeneous hotel experience. There are plenty of restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, etc within walking distance. Teihotu is very accommodating and available without being intrusive.

7.5 miles from Paofai Gardens in Punaauia, Bungalow Miwa offers accommodations with access to an open-air bath. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking.

Wow! Yes, Wow! Of the thousands of places I've stayed in 70+ years, this ranks among the top three and I can't say how wonderful the other two were. It is the only place I can't say how to improve it. A fantastic setting/view, full feature bungalow, modern, clean, well run, and with a delightful hostess. It is a bit difficult to get to, but if you managed to make it to Tahiti, you're up to it. If I return to the island, this will be my first booking (and I had another top-20 stay there). When the price doubles, it will still be a bargain (with a waiting list). So don't miss out!

Very functional apartment with great AC in bedrooms, kitchen well stocked, useful washer for clothes, steps from the grocery store, and although the private beach was rock, not sand, I watched beautiful sunsets over Moorea, and had surprisingly good snorkeling with fish, anemone ,and corals. Taxi rides to airport 3,000, and same price to ferry dock for day trip on Moorea

A great place to spend the night when you’re exploring Tahiti. The hosts are very welcoming. Although they aren’t fluent in English, I was able to get by without a translator. The place is clean and well equipped. There is a cute and friendly dog on the property.

Beach studio is located in Punaauia, just 1.5 miles from Toaroto Beach and 1.6 miles from Museum of Tahiti. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking.

Ted is very hospitable and extended an extra mile on his customer service. He accommodated our late check-in & check-out request. He provided all the utensils, toiletries, towel & clean bed linen. There were Netflix and WiFi so my son was really entertained. Our room had a nice mountain view, front yard & a really relaxing stay. Additionally during his freetime, he accompanied us in the nearby supermarket so we were able to buy the Tahiti pastries, delicacies, souvenirs, as well as drop us in the nearby beach, which we definitely can't get if we stayed in a hotel! He even voluntarily dropped us in the airport (with a minimal charge), since we weren't able to get a taxi to catch our flight on time. Overall, it was an excellent service for a first timer with a child and definitely worth recommending to stay!!! Thank you so much Ted! See you again next time. -Ricky
