The room is nice and brand new with a very nice view of the bay. All facilities are available even a coffee machine and laundry machine. We took 2 bedrooms which were perfectly fit for 3 people. The owner is sooo nice and helpful as she is always in contact via WhatsApp.. She even offered us to stay in another room after checkout as our flight is in the evening. The airport is 10km away so, u can call grab car to pick up and go by express way that directly reaches the airport in 25.mins.

The location is amazing. They had a firework show at MOA and the whole thing was visible from the balcony. There is a small bakery downstairs that I cannot recommend enough. Went there every morning for the two weeks we were there.

It’s a mixed of comfort & fun specially the beach pool they have that the kids enjoyed so much. With restaurant within the property offers flexibility if you don’t feel like cooking or ordering food outside.Internet was great while I was on a 4 hours video conference meeting that went smoothly. I did work remotely while my family enjoyed the pool so that was a huge factor for me.

I have met Mr Joven as the person who picked us up from the airport. He is a nice person and gave us warm discussions with the recent happenings within the areas we passed by. Then we also met Ms Desiree, who took care of us all thoughout our stay in KLX. First, their service is modern. Instead of making a phone call to ask for any request, everything was done by messaging via whatsapp. This is a big plus for introverts like me! Also, due to our kid, I had alot of requests! Just a single message, they respond and provide support rightaway! Second, the room is very clean. I am very particular with dirts on the floor but for the days we've stayed, I felt safe for letting my 1 year old roam around with her bare feet. Before we got inside the room, I was surprised Desiree took her shoes out before coming in, it gave a sign the floor was clean indeed. I appreciate the room cleaners for the service and giving us a comfortable stay. Third, it is a great idea that the checkout and verifying the room was ok, was done on the same time. It saved time and hassle on waiting in the lobby. This is last and the best one, we forgot an item and it was returned to us. Perhaps i got used to hearing friend's experiences or my own that once a thing was forgotten, it won't be return to you anymore. Here, our forgotten item was returned and felt I could trust the management. Thank you so much for making our stay great. And we hope to see you again in the future.

    Everything. The Clipper House looked awesome, but when we arrived the manager offered us a room in the sister venue nearby because of a small booking error. We agreed and we're very pleased. The sister venue is set in a stunning old Spanish villa, it's been beautifully restored and the location was perfect. The staff were really kind and accommodating, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of their venues in the future.

    Amazing location - it's in the heart of Salcedo Village, many restaurants around and there's a dog and jogging park nearby. Breakfast spread was amazing. Staff, crew, servers, egg station guy were all nice. Our room was spotless and spacious. I loved it. It was nice! Lobby smelled so great! We will be back.

    As a veteran of Holiday/Vacation Rentals for about 20 years, I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the items made available in the unit (kitchen, bathroom, and beddings). We also loved the availability of two parking slots with very reasonable additional charge. The location was another highly positive feature. So close to many malls, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. It was easy to access EDSA (or C4) to go to either south or north metro manila.

    The main benefits of this unit (like all others in KL Tower) - Predictable and consistent quality in the room and amenities - It is located right across from Legazpi Park, but more critically is near the on/offramp for the SLEX, which makes going to/from the airport really quick and convenient - Its proximity to Greenbelt, Salcedo Village, and Poblacion make this feel very central to the Makati CBD - The laundry machine was excellent, and the balcony use meant that you could dry your clothing a lot faster

    The location to the Manila airport was excellent. It was actually very easy to walk to the property from the airport via the "Runway Manila", a massive brand new skybridge that linked the Level 4 of the airport terminal across the highway to where the Palm Tree villas were located. The property was modern, nice, clean and well managed with security guards around the place and we felt safe.
