We had booked a penthouse apartment which was excellent! Great location not too far away from anything (although you could argue that everything is close to anything in Malta). One front-facing terrace with nice views over the surrounding rooftops and you could glimpse the sea from the terrace as well even though we were located behind other buildings (this wasn't something we explicitly expected or requested [I believe] so a nice bonus really). Easy access to the apartment, nice restaurants close-by (DON'T miss the Lebanese place just up the same road) and a small convenience-store nearby as well. Bus-stop just on the main road so easy access to public transport (although I could say a few choice words about the public transport lol). The apartment comes fully equipped so anything you'd need for even a longer stay. Our host Monika provided ample information about the area and gave us a great welcoming on arrival.

Each room features a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and kettle. You will also find an LCD TV with cable channels and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Some rooms have a balcony with sea views. The owner/manager Michael was fantastic. Rooms were clean and we didnt hear much noise despite the place being booked out. Check in and Check out was very smooth. Overall a pleasant place to stay in a central location, albeit a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
