Our host worked hard to connect with us, and to make our stay a good one. He had to balance caring for each of the people staying there. And, of course, he has his own family he must not ignore. The breakfasts he makes for us are varied, healthy, simple, but tasty. The location was perfect. We lived in a real neighborhood, which meant the dogs barked, there were sometimes odd neighbor noises, construction here and there, but everything eventually quieted down at night. I didn't fit into the house very well. I am tall and getting older, and I think it's an environment that works for the young and slightly more compact person. But, I still loved it just the same. I'd certainly stay there again if in Patan.

Nir and his wife are amazing hosts and will make you feel at home. The place has a good mixture of Privacy in your room, with the opportunity to interact with the hosts and other guests. Highly recommend!

Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The apartment has family rooms. Exceptionally cozy, green and peaceful place to stay. The host truly went above and beyond in helping me with everything—extra words of gratitude are well deserved! Thank you so much again! 😊

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Such a cozy, and homely place. I immediately felt safe after meeting the family and their beautiful children. The beds were incredibly comfortable, shower was great and warm, with a clean toilet, the view and location made it a 10, as the bedrooms can look to either the sunrise or sunset. And to top it off, the food was insane - best Nepali veg curry I’ve ever had.

It is located less than 1 km from Hanuman Dhoka and features a shared kitchen. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Very good price quality! Super friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing! We’ve stayed three times and it’s been great every time. Would recommend to anybody looking for a great place in the historic part of Bhaktapur.

The accommodation offers private check-in and check-out, and currency exchange for guests. Our window view was of a temple, and you are literally two blocks from Kathmandu Durbar Square. The room had charging plugs right near the bed, and each room is its own floor so the bathroom — adjacent — is private. There is a water dispenser and a kettle on each floor as well. Bobby suggested that we use the roof are to dry clothes, but he also provides a clothespin rack inside (it’s monsoon season). Bobby was super helpful — met me at the airport, showed us where to change money, helped us buy umbrellas, booked our Tourist bus to Pokhara, arranged for a taxi pickup, and each was a value-for-money experience. He let us store our luggage for our days away for a small fee. The room is only fan-cooled, but I’d gladly put up with the “a little steamy” for the location and the support.
