The hotel is very well situated, a couple of minutes from Goreme center, the terrace to watch the balloons is nice and cozy, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff is very friendly! The staff were friendly and helpful as well. We stayed in a room with a cave-like atmosphere. It was incredible. My family loved it and would like to come back there again. Last but not least, they provided us with a delicious Turkish breakfast in the restaurant facing the Cavusin cave houses.

During our 6-days trip to Cappadocia we actually stayed in a number of properties and this was by far the best of all. So i highly recommend it. We stayed in April'23. 1) Rooms are warm and cosy, the beds were good; the facilities incl. bathroom and shower quality are very good; 2) Breakfast is super tasty and various; 3) the garden with blooming trees invites for an evening tea; 4) the hotel is in quiet part of Avanos, but super-close to the center at the same time (just cross the river).

We were in Kapadokya for a night to experience the iconic balloon ride and unique landscape. We were welcomed by Mert who was very friendly and shared a lot of good information on places to visit, especially hikes such as Pigeon Valley and Love Valley that we wanted to do. Mert allowed an early check in and recommended restaurants nearby. The property is cute and clean.
