Extremely helpful. I needed milk and they went and bought it. The breakfast was delicious. We wanted to leave at 8am. At 7am prompt breakfast was served in a lovely private yard.
I've stayed in many hostels over the years; this one is among the best. The staff was courteous and polite; the common areas are well thought out and kept clean. I didn't rent a bicycle, but there were many on offer, and probably the best way to maneuver around Shkoder. The breakfast was an added bonus and was beyond expectations.
Our hotel manager and his receptionist staff were exceptional. We had a small mechanical problem with our room, and when he couldn't fix the issue right away, he moved us into another (upgraded) room for the rest of our stay. We used taxi services a couple of times, and the receptionists were so helpful in communicating with the dispatchers and drivers on our behalf.
This entire property is perfect and I would encourage anyone to stay here. It worked perfectly for our purposes of just passing through for a few days, but honestly, if I lived in Albania, I would spend time every summer camping here. The restaurant on site was amazing. Staff was great.Room was super clean. The location was ideal for us and the lake was perfect for a swim and sunsets.

The breakfast is one of the best , organic food, vegetables, fruits.....Owner is very kindly, and all is clean and new. no bed things in this property. Position of this apartment is on the centar Shiroki. Nice view form terrace during breakfast.

Very beautiful gardens and the farm animals are lovely. Linda and Marko are the perfect hosts, sharing their gracious hospitality and local suggestions of where to eat and what to do. Linda booked our trip to Lake Koman, which was well coordinated. Rooms are spotlessly clean and breakfast delicious.

Everything! Peace, quiet, delicious food and great hosts! The hosts are very nice, friendly and helpful. It feels like finding a hidden treasure. Fantastic place to stay. This place is very big with plenty of room for a full family with kids with all you need. My wife and I stayed for 1 night and found it perfect at a great price. The bed was comfortable, the wifi was fast, the place was spotless clean. Owner was very nice and would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!
