The location is good as it is close to Cessnock but you yet the country feel. Having the pub onsite makes it easy for a drink or meal. The king room was nice with a terrace. The fridge, microwave and crockery & utensils makes it easy if you want to eat in. We have stayed here numerous times and would highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience. The staff member introduced himself and made it clear he was there to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The motel was fairly nearby to the Cessnock town centre and easy to find, but located in a quiet area that felt safe and secure.
