Very quiet, friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast tasted great Room layout was nice, Great amenities in the room They booked our transport from the airport, had a greeter that brought us out to the taxi driver, kind enough to wait even though we were held up by immigration

Babylon Hotel’s location is excellent. It took me only 15 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport, which was very convenient. The peaceful environment, along with the beautiful park right next to the hotel, made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which truly made me feel welcome. I would love to stay here again.

Overall everything was superb from the friendly staff, hospitality and the location where malls and other important stuffs are all nearby.

This is truly a hidden gem. The facilities looks new, everything is super clean, the food in the restaurant is great, and the staff are extraordinary. Special thanks to Liza for helping me with booking some train tickets, and Lince for all the advice with the buses. This made my travels to Bangladesh exponentially better.

It is all you need. Perfect location, you can literally walk from the airport there if you feel motivated enough. Or take a short Rickshaw ride. It’s also quite close to the Uttara North metro stop which takes you basically to old Dhaka and all over the west side of town. The neighborhood you’re in has plenty of food, supplies, and other stuff open late. There’s coffeeshops all around for the morning. Also at night the lights look super cool along the main avenues especially around ZamZam tower. I loved walking around it. There’s HOT WATER in the showers, and endless filtered drinkable water. Endless tea, perfect wifi, nice AC, just watch out for the mosquitos, keep those doors closed! The host is amazing and deserves an all expenses paid trip to Thailand.

I stayed at this hotel the night before my flight to Sri Lanka, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel is conveniently located less than a 10-minute Uber ride from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, and they also offer an airport shuttle service for $10 one way. Since my domestic flight from Rajshahi landed in Dhaka around 9:30 a.m., I arrived at the hotel at about 10:00 a.m. Even though check-in was much later, the hotel kindly provided me with a complimentary early check-in at 10:30 a.m., which I really appreciated after an early morning journey. The room was exceptionally spacious and had a luxurious feel. As a welcome gesture, they even sent a complimentary fruit platter to my room. It was well equipped with complimentary tea and coffee, a minibar, a hot plate, and a microwave oven. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with all the essential amenities, including dental and vanity kits. It featured a bathtub, reliable hot water, and excellent water pressure. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. One thing I particularly appreciated was the location. The surrounding area felt very safe, even as a foreign traveler, and I never had any concerns about security. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping malls within walking distance, making it a great place to spend the evening if you have some free time before your flight. The hotel also has its own restaurant on the 8th floor, where you can order food throughout the day. What truly made my stay memorable was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They greeted guests with a smile and consistently went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and convenient stay!

The Hotel was very good. I think it is the most budget friendly hotel in that area. I booked it seeing their rating on booking.com which was 9.5 & I totally agree with it. The main think is the staff is very Good & friendly. They greet u every time u come or leave hotel and that too from Gate staff to Reception etc. They also provided us free Airport pickup to Hotel. One of my colleague left his bag in Taxi when we were going from Hotel to Airport. I called Mr. Mehdi Hasan hotel Incharge for help he immediately picked our bag from Taxi Driver on his bike and himself delivered the bag to us at Airport which was very nice. I definitely recommend this Hotel .

It’s a brand new facility so everything was clean as expected. But what I loved was the service, especially from duty manager Mr. Rubel, who went out of his way to help me get a complementary breakfast although it wasn’t included in my booking. All other staff were also polite and seemed well trained! The location is also fantastic - only a mere few minutes away from the airport (by foot and by car), and is attached to Centrepoint Mall, which features a food court, arcade, movie theatre, and tons of retail stores. Really happy with the stay!
