Friendly staff and the location

Very clean and close to downtown!

Very comfortable, great location, excellent hosts, quite cozy. Loved our stay. Hoping to return.

Very comfortable and cozy suite, furnished with everything that you might need for a short stay! The hosts are incredibly welcoming and responsive and were able to quickly sort out a small problem that arose.

Room was very clean and the staff gave me a ground floor room when they noticed that I was using crutches. It was very much appreciated!

I enjoyed staying in the clean room and sleeping in the comfortable bed. It was a little hard to open the entrance door, but the family kindly helped me.

Breakfast - exceptional, the staff who served Breakfast absolutely wonderful

Quant, cozy, clean, and quiet. This place was perfect for my weekend in Kingston. Downtown is just a short 5 min drive away, and the amenities provided were plentiful. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay again the next time I am in town.

This room was what I myself like - simple, very clean and functional, tasteful, elegant, with no pretence. Perfect for me but not everyone. Everything that I needed or wanted was there.

Superb bed!!! So comfy Brand new hotel.. Every clean, nice..

The manager at the desk was great. We had an upgrade when he said he had no cribs. He was also flexible with our time of arrival and late breakfast. These are not minor gestures when you have a family and we really appreciated this. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was much better than at other motels. It was the cheapest hotel that night. So we are very happy with the value. There is an outdoor pool but did not try it as it was the winter.

the rooms were comfortable and as expected from the photos on this site, the staff were helpful and friendly aswell, and the place was a good distance from attractions.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, the fireplace is a nice touch

Beds were exceptionally comortable. The room was spacious.

Easy access on and off highway. Christopher greetedvus with smiles snd was friendly and professional. The room was very clean with amenities and breakfast in the morning was plentiful with lots of options.

The staff is always so pleasant, the breakfast is good, rooms clean and comfy.
