What a gorgeous hotel -it’s very old and probably needs to be updated but then the prices would probably even skyrocket more. The views are gorgeous. Very interesting place. Sitting up on the balcony I thought it was more beautiful than Lake Como. A very special place for a celebration. I walked up to the waterfall, which is right on the property and then around the lake where there is a nice little path that takes you to the next little town -just a beautiful walk through the woods, but the lake was right next to you and it’s the color of turquoise

The location is stunning, just in front of lake Brienz. The apartment is very modern, comfortable, well decorated with a very modern and functional kitchenette, and has a great outdoor space to enjoy some quiet moments by the lake. Fully recommend! Communication with the host was perfect.

It is a very laid back hotel away from the hustle and bustle .If you want peace and serenity than this is the place. The Staff was very friendly and approach with conversation. The dinner menu was excellent and reasonably priced. The Chef prepared to perfection. The Server Ivana is very nice and friendly. Breakfasts are included. The 151 bus runs up near the hotel, short walk to hotel with suitcases. I took the 151 bus from the Brienz Bahnhof. The Swiss Travel Pass is ideal. I may come back in a future trip. Liebe das Gemütlichkeit.

It's in a walking distance from Brienz station, breakfast is covered and is a buffet, it's managed by one of the best people i have come across. Being a hostel you pay way lesser and it's good to see some rules that exist so everyone can co exist.

Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of exceptional. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the warm and professional service, to the top-cozy facility and marvelous location.     Great central location to most of the touristic sites, great view from the balcony of lake Brienz and surrounding mountains including the apartment being very clean and comfortable. The host was quick to answer a couple of questions that we had while we were there. The town of Brienz is very nice to walk around at any time especially along the path near the lake..
